Reports on Cluster Management available now

The North Sea Supply Connect - project aims at encouraging small- and medium-sized companies in the North Sea Region to expand their business efforts across their national borders. With the ongoing internationalization of business strategies, many companies are closely connected to specific clusters and their corresponding cluster management organizations.

Within the current project, an evaluation of existing cluster management organizations in the region is now published in electronic form. In addition to cluster-strategies, business strategies are more and more connected with innovation processes within the companies: a report on existing innovation portals, which are both, offline and internet-based, has also been made available now. The third published report analyses existing tender portals for new business opportunities in the region to get an insight into the efforts that are made to “make business” between small- and medium sized companies and Original Equipment Manufacturers.

All three reports comprise quantitative evaluations of the given examples by the participating partners and provide conclusions with respect to the further success of the project.
